Biontech500 does not clean after each use, what is the reason?
Biontech ion-water cleans automatically to maintain and guarantee the efficiency of electrolytic cell.　The total volume of both, togather at the same time, alkali ion-water and acidic ion-water in its tank reaches 10ℓ,then the automatic clean process takes place. However, the cleaning process does not work even the total volume is 10ℓ when its cleaning process is in action if supply valve is open. If water flow happens when Biontech500 is in the cleaning process, error mode 7 is displayed and the cleaning process repeats.

Is it safe to drink after the cleaning process?
If the input water supply valve is opened after the cleaning process has finished, voice supported message is given. Approximately 0.8ℓ water is removed while drain lamp is flickering, then the setting goes back to its specified level of alkali. Do not drink the drained water.

Water is leaking from the bottom of Biontech Water Ionizer, why does it happen?
There is a possibility that dew condensation might happen inside Biontech500`s body due to humidity and the temperature condition. If it is not a temporary event and it leaks a lot, you are advised to contact the product after service.

The reset button has been existed inside filter cover. Please make sure you pushed the reset button. The button should be pushed either when the machine is performing water flow or is not working at that moment.

What should I do when I the machine is not going to be used for quite some time?(for ex; more than 10 days)
Please remove the power supply cord from socket and then remove the filter form its body, wrap the filter with vinyl resin and keep the filter in a freezer.

When I store alkali ion-water in a bottle, I see it goes misty and deposits forming. What is happening?

*Getting deposits formed hardly happens in clean water, CaCO3 might be extraced more when water is rich in minerals or CO3 as more reducing ion seperating progress will take place. In such case, pH must be adjusted to the right level for that particular water.
